1846 France Prestamp Entire cd Lyon-Rue de la Paix, Paris Pre-stamp Entire with cancelled with a Framed Double Ringed LYON 8? JAN 1846 cancel on front. Cancel is slightly unclear. Entire also has a P.P (Postage Paid) cancel on front. Entire sent to Rue de la Paix, Paris, with a receiving blue cancel on back dated to 10 JAN 46. Entire has some tearing on back, likely from opening, some mild creasing near wax remnant, and some marking and general age wear on all sides.
