Cover sent to Caen, France, with a receiving cancel on back dated to 3 JUIL 54. Cover has been opened at back flap. Cover has a wax seal on back. Cover has some tearing from opening on back flap, some creasing on top and left edges, some marking on back, and some general wear to both sides.
