1854 Great Britain Folded Cover ties 1d stamp cd Strathaven-Glasgow Folded Cover with a 1d Reddish Brown TL QV Stamp on front cancelled with a very faded illegable barred cancel on stamp. Cover also has a Framed rectangular STRATHAVEN MR 11 1854 cancel on back, and an unframed HAMILTON MR 11 1854 transit cancel on back. Cancel is unclear. Cover sent to the Bank of Scotland, Glasgow with a receiving cancel on back dated to MR 11 1854. Cover has some tearing damage on back from where seal has been removed, some hinge remnant on back, some age wear/toning on both sides, some marking on both sides, and some general wear to both sides.
