1855 Italy Official Health Dep Entire cd Civitavecchia-Porto di Anzio Goverment Entire with a special Health Department official cachet on front of cover, and a CIVITAVECCHIA cancel also on front. Entire has been sent on the 24th, Spetember, 1855 as shown on inside. Entire sent to the Commisionner of Health for Porto di Anzio, and has been opened at back. Entire has some tear damage at back from opening, as well as some residue and scuffing on back, some minor creasing through middle, some age wear on both sides, and some general wear to both sides of entire.
