Rated 3 in red  at front, red PAID TOMBESTONE receiving cancel at front. At back, SYDNEY FE 16 1855 N.S.W. cancel and Blue LIVERPOOL MY 24 1855 receiving cancel. Cover has been opened at backflap(small tear), has general age wear and a few tears around edges.
