1857 Great Britain 1d Stamped Cover cd Chigwell-Cahir
Cover with a preprinted Salmon Pink 1d QV Stamp on front cancelled with a Single Horizontal Numeral 16 (Chigwell, London) cancel on stamp and a Framed Blue CS LONDON OC 14 57 cancel on back. Cover sent to Cahir, Tipperary, ireland, with a Dublin transit cancel on back dated to OC 15 1857, and a receiving cancel on back dated to OC 16 1857. Cover has been opened at back flap. Cover has some scuffing and creasing on edges and corners, some age wear on both sides, some toning on both sides, tearing on back from opening, a tear on right edge, and some general wear to both sides.
