6d Slate Green Imperf large Diadem stamp at top right with Dumb cancel. Manuscript "per Oliver Cromwell" at top left. Sent to Edinburgh. At back, SYDNEY ((D)) OC 26 1857 NEW SOUTH WALES cancel. PLYMOUTH JA 28 1858((B)) SHIP LETTER at back, and Framed Z.P. EDINBURGH JA 29 58 receiving cancel. Entire is relating to a first of exchange on London for 40 pounds to be drawn on request of  Alfred Archer Esq of Kyneton in Victoria. Entire has been folded vertically through centre.
Entire has some staining and general age wear. Condition as per photos, Nice item
