Entire with a 4d Carmine Red QV Stamp on front cancelled with a Framed LONDON EC FE 2 61 (75 for Edmonton) Duplex cancel on stamp. Entire also has a PD Cancel on front and a Wax seal on back. Entire sent to Paris, France, with a Angl Transit cancel on front dated to 3 FEB 61, and a receiving cancel on back dated to 3 FEB 61. Entire has been opened at back. Entire has some tearing on back from opening, some scuffing on edges and corners, some marking on both sides, some creasing through middle, and some general wear to both sides. SG Reference 66, and catalogued to 230 Pounds.
