1863 Great Britain Folded Letter ties 4p Stamp cd Leeds-Bruxelles Folded Letter with a 4p Brown QV Stamp on front cancelled with a Framed 53 LEEDS AP 20 63 (447) 10 Bar duplex cancel on stamp. Cover also has a PD (Paid) Cancel on front. Cover sent to Bruxelles, Belgium, with a Red London transit cancel on back dated to AP 21, a 4 Oostende Pae Quest transit cancel on back, and a receiving cancel on back dated 2? 4 63. Cover has some gum residue on back from when gum had been removed. Slight wear to edges and corners with some tearing damage to back of cover, partially from gum removal, some vertical creasing on front of cover, some marking on both sides, and some age wear on back.
