1866 Great Britain Folded cover ties 2 stamps to Arques France Folded cover with 1d red brown and 4d vermilion (plate 8) QV stamps cancelled with duplex numeral 73 and circular London EC cancels, sent to Arques france. Red oval "PD" on front and ambulante Angleterre Amb Calais border cancel on front. On back are Paris a Calais and St Omer cancels. Blue handstamp on front from Render & Co, London. Some wear to edges, slight toning.
