1868 Great Britain Folded Letter ties 2p Stamp cd London-Paddington Letter with a 2p Blue Perferated QV stamp on front cancelled with a Framed LONDON EC JY 23 68 (96?) Barred Duplex Cancel on stamp. Letter sent to Paddington, London with a London receiving LONDON W cancel on back dated to JY 23 68. Cover has some residue on back from where gum has been removed. Slight wear to edges and corners with some tearing damage to back of letter, some creasing on edges and corners, mainly on top right corner, some minor marking on both sides, and some toning/age wear on back of letter.
