1868 Spain Mourning Outer ties 50M stamp cd Palencia-Albacete
Mourning Outer with a 50M Brown Queen Isabella II stamp on front cancelled with a Framed ???? (Palencia?) 2? FEB 68 cancel on stamp. Cancel is unclear, and sending address is assumed from lightly imbedded seal on inside. Outer sent to Albacete, Spain, with a receiving cancel on back dated to 22 FEB 68. Outer has been opened at back. Outer has some scuffing on edges and corners, some tearing on back from opening, some toning on back, and some general wear to both sides.
