Cover sent to Syracuse, NY, USA, with a receiving/transit Orange cancel on front dated to NOV 28 69. Cover has been opened at right edge. Cover has some tearing on bottom and right edge, some scuffing and creasing on edges and corners, some age wear on both sides, and some toning on both sides.
