1871 France Entire ties 2 stamps cd Neufchâtel-en-Bray-Vervier Entire with 2 Yellowish Brown Ceres stamps on front cancelled with a framed NEUFCHATEL EN BRAY 26 DEC 71 Diamond Dotted 2628 (Neufchatel en bray) duplex cancel on Stamps and front. Entire also has a Paid cachet on front. Entire sent to Vervier, Belgium, with a FRA EST transit cancel on back dated to 27 DEC 71, a Paris transit cancel on back dated to 27 DEC 71, and a receiving cancel on back dated to 27 DEC 71. Entire has been opened at right side at back. Entire has some creasing on back right side from opening, and some mild general wear to both sides.
