Cover comes with an informative slip, and a Fine Printed Charing Cross Hospital Circular inside, inviting subscriptions and donations, with a fine engraving of the hospital on front. Cover sent to Bolton, IK, with a receiving cancel on back dated to 30 AP 80. Cover has been opened at top edge. Cover has some tearing at top edge from opening, some tearing on front, some scuffing on edges and corners, some age wear to cover and stamp, and some general wear to both sides.
