1882 United States 1c Stamped Postcard ties 2 Stamps cd St Paul Postcard with a Prestamped 1c Black Lady Liberty Stamp on front. Card has been uprated with a Blue 1c Benjamin Franklin Stamp. Stamps have been cancelled with a Framed SAINT PAUL NOV 7 1882 MN Duplex Cancel on stamps. The bar part of the cancel has the number 4 inside in both cases. "The Circulation of the Pioneer Press" has been printed on the back of the card. Card sent to Manchester, MN. Wear to edges and corners with marking on front, and tearing/peeling damage on back at left side.
