Cover sent to Melbourne, Australia, with a receiving cancel on back dated to MY 16 83. Cover has been opened at top and left edge. Stamp has some minor damage to top left corner, and cover has some tearing damage to top edge and left edge from opening, some age wear on front, some mild toning on back, some scuffing and creasing on edges and corners, and some general wear.
