Cover sent to Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, with a Framed Brooke transit cancel on back flap, and a Framed Receiving cancel on back, dated to FE 20 83. Cover has been opened at back flap. Slight wear to edges and corners with some marking on both sides, mainly on back, some toning/age wear on back, mainly on back flap, and some minor tear spots on bottom and right edges.
