POLICE DEPARTMENT 189.} at bottom left  and manually Noted as Pyalong Albino VICTORIA and Crown Embossed logo on backflap.  Cover has been opened at backflap at top untidily and top right hand part of cover at back has been torn and removed. KILMORE VICTORIA MR 27 95 ((54)) cancel at back.
