1896 Romania Postcard ties 2 Stamps cd Galați to Cassel, Germany Postcard with 2 5B Blue King Karl I Stamps on front cancelled with a Framed GALATI 23 NOF 96 cancel on stamps. One of the stamps is preprinted. Card sent to Cassel, Germany (Now Spelt Kassel) with a receiving cancel on front dated to 26 11 96. Slight wear to edges and corners with some minor marking on back, some minor toning and age wear on top half on card on back and front, and severe toning/staining on bottom half of card on front and back.
