1897 Great Britain WT Glover Cover ties 1d stamp cd Manchester-Glasgow W.T. Glover and Co Cover with a 1d Purple Violet QV Perfin stamp on front cancelled with a Framed Double Ringed MANCHESTER OC 1 97 cancel on stamp. Cover also has a 1 OCT 97 Salford Manchester WTG cachet on front. Cover sent to Glasgow, England, with a receiving cancel on back dated to OC 2 97. Cover has been opened at back and top edge. Cover has some notable tearing on back from opening, some scuffing and creasing on edges and corners, some mild age wear to both sides, and some general wear.
