1899 Belgium 5c Stamped Postcard ties 2 stamps cd Anvers Station Postcard with 2 5c Green Coat of Arms stamps on front, one of which is preprinted on the card. Stamps are cancelled with a Framed ANVERS STATION 4 ?? 1899 cancel on stamps. Cancel is unclear. Card also has a purple Allemagne cachet on bottom left corner at back, and a Gebr. Heumann & Menke Ocal cachet on top left corner at back. Card sent to Königsberg, Germany, with a receiving cancel on back of card dated to 6 1 99. Slight wear to edges and corners with some minor creasing and scuffing on corners and edges, mainly on top left corner and on right side of card, and some minor marking and age wear on both sides.
