1899 France 10c Stamped Postcard cd Port Des Saints, Paris Postcard with a 10c Black Pre-printed Pax and Mercur stamp on front of card. Stamp and Card are both cancelled PARIS DES SAINTS PERES FEB 4 99. Cancels are both very unclear about date. Card sent Locally, with a Paris Receiving cancel on front dated FEB 7 99. Receiving cancel is unclear. Slight wear to edges and corners, with toning spots on back and a large crease on the right side of the card.
