1900 Belgium Postcard-Castles of Counts ties 5c Stamp cd Gand Postcard with a picture of Gand-Castles of the Counts on front of card. 5c Green Coat of Arms stamp on back cancelled with a Framed GAND AVRIL 12-13 DEPART Cancel on stamp. There is also a Brussels Transit cancel across the stamp dated to April 17-18 00. Card sent to Indianapolis, Indiana with a Framed receiving cancel on back dated to APR 23 1900. Slight wear to edges and corners with some minor creasing on corners and toning on back and front near edges.
