Black R Oval (REGISTERED) cancel at top left , Manuscript registration number 576 at top left. Purple REGISTERED LONDON 9 JUL 00 transit cancel at bottom right. At back, Purple Rectangular Boxed REGISTERED  5 JUN 1900 PERTH transit cancel and OAKHAM U.K. receiving cancel. Cover has been opened at top with Part backflap missing and a few tears at top evident. Some minor toning and age wear. Condition as per photos,
