1901 Tasmania Australia Reg Cover ties 5d stamp cd Launceston-Hobart Registered Cover with a 5d Bright Blue Landscape (P14 Wmk Multi Tas) stamp on front cancelled with a Framed LAUNCESTON SP 19 01 cancel on stamp. Cover also has a Oval Black R cancel on front, and a Red Boxed Registered 1639 Launceston cancel on front. Cover sent to Hobart, TAS, Australia, with a receiving cancel on back dated to SP 20 1901. Cover has been partly opened at top edge. Cover has some scuffing on edges and corners, some tearing on stamp and on right and top sides, some hole damage to front on left side, and some general wear to both sides.
