Framed CAPE MAY NJ MAY 18 1906 cancel on card with 1c Green Benjamin Franklin stamp. 1c Surcharge cancelled onto stamp. Card sent to Brooklyn, NY with a Philadelphia transit cancel and a Jamaica? Circuit RPO receiving cancel dated MAY 19 1906. Creasing on top left corner, with wear to edges and corners as well as some minor toning on front and back. Streak of tearing on front and repaired damage on top left corner of stamp.
