1907 Russia Registered Cover ties 14K stamp cd Włodawa-Biała Podlaska Cover with a 14K multicoloured COA Stamp on back cancelled with a Framed Double Ringed Inner Bar WTODAWA 20 12 07 cancel on stamp and front. Cover also has a Registered label on front for WTODAWA. Cover sent to Biała Podlaska, Poland, with a receiving cancel on back dated to 21 12 07. Cover has been opened at top edge. Cover has some tearing on top edge, some scuffing and minor tear damage on corners, some staple holes on left side, some creasing on edges and corners, and some minor age wear on both sides.
