1907 United States 4c stamped Cover ties 2 stamps cd Boston-Birmingham Cover with a preprinted Green United States President 4c stamp and a 1c bluish green Benjamin Franklin Stamp both on front cancelled with a Framed BOSTON MASS NOV 4 1907 7 Bar Roller cancel across stamps. Cover sent to Birmingham, England, with a receiving cancel on back dated to NO 11 07. Cover has been partially opened at top edge. Cover has some scuffing and mild creasing on edges and corners, some mild marking and age wear on both sides, and some minor general wear to both sides.
