1907 United States Cover ties 2c Stamps cd San Francisco sent Locally Seaboard Fire and Marine Ins Cover with a 2c Carmine George Washington Stamp on front cancelled with a Framed SAN FRANCISCO STA OCT 26 1907 Cancel on front. Cover also has a 1c Surcharge Roller cancel across stamp. Cover sent locally, and has been opened at right edge. Cover has some minor tearing on right side from opening, some hinge remnants on back and on edges, some marking on back, some age wear on both sides, mainly on back and on edges, and some general wear to cover.
