1908 Canada Postcard-Parliament Buildings ties 1c Stamp cd Victoria BC Souvenir Postcard with a picture of Parliament Buildings, Victoria, BC, Canada on front of card. Card has a 1c Bluish Green King Edward VII Stamp on back of card cancelled with a Framed VICTORIA BC NOV 24 1908 cancel on card. There is also a 1d Surcharge cachet on stamp at back. Card sent to Bath, MI, USA. Slight wear to edges and corners with some minor creasing and scuffing on bottom corners of card, and some marking on both sides, mainly on back.
