1908 Russia Registered Cover ties 10K Stamp cd Yanov-Yanovichi Cover with a Blue 10K COA Stamp on back cancelled with a Framed YANOV SIEDLEC 29 8 08 cancel on stamp and front. Cover also has a registered YANOV SIEDLEC PROVINCE label on front. Cover likely sent to Yanovichi, Belarus (Russia at the time), and has been opened at top edge. Cover has some evident creasing on left edge, a small hole near left edge, some scuffing on edges and corners, and some general wear and age wear on both sides.
