Cover has an advertisment on back for the 27th Mai-Fest in Brenham, Texas. Cover sent to Otto Scheidt, the Consul of the German Empire in Galveston, Texas, with a receiving cancel on back dated to April 4, 1908. Cover has been opened at right edge. Cover has some marking on both sides, some age wear on both sides, and some general wear to both sides.
