1909 United States Postcard-Germania Building ties 2c stamp cd St Paul Postcard with a picture of a "Germania Building, St Paul, Minn" on front of card. Card also has a 2c Carmine George Washington stamp on back cancelled with a Framed ST PAUL MINN OCT 25 1909. Card also has a 1R Surcharge Roller Cancel across stamp on back. Card sent to Spokane, Washington, USA. Slight wear to edges and corners, with some mild scuffing on corners and edges, some marking on back, and some age wear across back of card.
