1911 Great Britain Reg Cover ties 2 stamps cd Hampstead-New York City
Registered Letter with a 1d KGV Red stamp and a 2d Multicoloured King Edward VII stamp on front both cancelled with a Framed HAMPSTEAD GREEN BC NO 24 11 cancel on stamps. Cover also has a Hampstead Registered label on front. Cover sent to New York City, NY, USA, with a Registered Hampstead transit cancel on back dated to 24 NO 11, a London transit cancel on back dated to 24 NO 11, and 2 Receiving Registered cancels on back dated to 12 2 1911. Cover has been opened at back flap. Cover has some scuffing/ tearing on back flap, some age wear and minor toning on both sides, and some general wear to both sides.
