1912 Belgium Postcard-Flanders Countess ties 10c Stamp cd Brussel Postcard with a picture of "Brussels, The Palace of HRH the Countess of Flanders" on front of card. Card has a 10c Rose King Albert Stamp on back cancelled with a Framed Double Ringed BRUSSEL 2 VII 1912 BRUXELLES cancel on Card. Card also has a 1d 7 Bar Surcharge cancel across stamp. Card sent to Galt, Ontario, Canada. Slight wear to edges and corners with some minor scuffing on corners at front, some minor age wear on back edges, and some very minor toning on stamp edges.
