1912 Italy Cover ties 4 Stamps cd Rodi (Egec)-Mersina via Austrian Post Cover with 4 King Victor Emmanuel III Stamps on front, 2 of which are 25c and the other 2 are 50c. Stamps are cancelled with a Framed POSTE ITALIANE 20 SET 1912 ROSI Egec cancels on stamps. Cover sent to Mesina, Turkey via the Austrian post System, with a receiving cancel on back dated to 29 IX 12. Cover has been opened at back flap. Slight wear to edges and corners with some gum remnant on inside of back flap, some minor toning on right side of back flap, some minor marking on back and a vertical crease through middle of cover.
