1912 Russia 7K Stamped Cover cd Libau-Riga via Libava Minsk Line
Cover with a Preprinted 7K Blue COA stamp on front cancelled with a Framed Double Ringed Oval LIBAVA 42 22 12 12 cancel on stamp and cover. Cover was sent on the No.42 Mail Van on the Libava-Minsk Line. Cover sent to Riga, (Latvia), with a receiving cancel on back dated to 22 12 12. Both Libau and Minsk are now in Modern day Latvia. Cover has been opened at top edge, with some connection damage to back flap. Cover has some scuffing on front and on edges and corners, some age wear on both sides, some toning spots on back, some mild tear damage to top edge, and some general wear to both sides.
