1913 Belgium Postcard " Dyver Bruges" ties 5c stamp to USA Postcard with photo of the Dyver Canal in Bruges. On back is 5c green Coat of Arms stamp cancelled Bruges. Card sent initially to North Dakota then re-directed to Tampa Florida USA. Some wear to edges with some corner creases.
