1913 Italy Postcard-Palatine-Houses of Livia ties 5c Stamp cd Roma Postcard with a picture of "Rome-Palatine-Houses of Livia" on front of card. Card shows a 5c Green King Victor Emmanuel III Stamp on back of card cancelled with a framed Double Ringed ROMA 30 III 1913 FERROVIA cancel on card. Card also has a 134 cachet on back, and a 1d Roller Surcharge cancel on stamp. Card is sent to Florence, Italy. Slight wear to edges and corners with some minor creasing on bottom left corner, some minor marking on both sides, and some age wear across both sides of card.
