1913 Russia 3K Stamped Commerical Lettercard cd Asari-???? Postcard with a preprinted Red 3K Personality stamp on front cancelled with a Framed Inner Bar ASARI??? 8 7 13 cancel on stamp. Cancel is likely for Asari in Latvia, which was part of Russia in 1913. Card also has a Hand Stamped Sender cachet on front. Cover likely sent to a location also in Latvia, and has either a transit or receiving cancel on back, however this cancel has multiple letters outside of the Cyrillic language. Could possibly be sent to Marupe, or Mazare, both or which are near Asari and both suburbs of Riga, but cancel is unclear. Receiving cancel dated to 8 7 13, which gives a higher likelyhood of being sent to a nearby location. Card has some minor scuffing on edges and corners, and some general age wear and marking on both sides.
