1918 Australia Field Service Postcard cd Field Post Office 37-California Gully Field Service Postcard cancelled with a Framed double ringed FIELD POST OFFICE 37 8 OC 18 cancel on front. This cancel was with the 4th Australian Brigade attached to the 4th Australian Infantry Division, who were at Dinant, Belgium at the time. Due to the address, the writer was likely with the 14th Battalion. Card comes with an informative sheet surrounding the cancel and type of postcard. Card sent to California Gully, VIC, Australia. Card has some scuffing and mild creasing on edges and corners, mainly on top left corner, and some general wear to both sides.
