Includes letter from Lionel Joyce to Frank Hedges expressing surprise that he was in the Royal Perth Hospital with the 'Flu' (SPANISH FLU) which was the Pandemic of the time. Cover has some tone spots. Interesting item actually referencing the Spanish flu that killed an estimated 50 to 100 Million people worldwide. Cover has been opened at backflap at right,.
