Postcard with a picture of "Arras, the Town Hall (Rest of Facade)"
on front of card. Card has a 10c Red Sower stamp on back cancelled
with a Framed BOULOGNE SUR MER 3 5 20 cancel on stamp and card. Card
sent to Prescott, Arkansas, USA. Slight wear to edges and corners
with some creasing on corners ad top edge, some marking on front,
and some significant age wear/toning on front and back, mainly near
edges and on back.
