HALFPENCE on 2d Golden scarlet Diamond type Embossed KGV stamp at top right and
uprated with 1 1/2d Green KGV stamp both cancelled MELBOURNE VIC 15 JA 24.
Sent to Victorian Railway offices in Melbourne. Shire Office return information at bottom left at front.
Cover has been opened at both sides and at base. Some wear and scraping at back at top.
