1929 Great Britain Postcard-To Dear Father ties 1d Stamp cd Melbourne Embossed Real Photo Postcard with the phrase "To Dear Father on his Birthday" on front of card. Card has a 1d Red 9th Congress of the Universal Postal Union in London Stamp on back cancelled with an Framed MELBOURNE 25 NO 29 DERBY cancel across stamp. Card sent to Belper, Derbyshire, UK. Slight wear to edges and corners with some mild marking on front edges, some marking on back and s ome age wear/toning on back of card, mainly near edges and on stamp edges.
