Cover has a registered cachet on front. The Registration fee was 10c, and the internal rate is 2c First Oz and 2c each extra ounce. Cover sent to Montreal, Canada, with two receiving cancels on back dated to JAN 24 30. Cover has been opened at back flap. Cover has some tearing on back flap, some horizontal creasing on back flap, some marking on both sides, some creasing on corners, and some general wear to both sides.
