1931 Italy Int Trift Institute Cover ties 4 stamps cd Milano, Italy-Melbourne International Thrift Institute Airmail Cover with 2 1.2 Lire Brown Airmail Stamps on front that both go across the right edge of the cover, a 1.25 Lire Blue Imperial Series Stamp on front and a Blue 1 Lire Airmail stamp on front. Stamps are cancelled with a Framed MILANO CENTRO CORREO POSTA AEREO 23 3 31 cancel, and a MILANO 26 3 31 transit cancel both on stamps. There is also a Airmail label on front of cover. Cover sent to the General manager of the State Savings Bank of Victoria, Melbourne, Australia, with 3 transit cancels on back, dated between 26 3 31 and 27 3 31. Cover has been opened at top edge. Slight wear to edges and corners with some significant age wear on both sides, some tearing on top edge from opening, some significant marking on both sides, and some minor tearing on left edge.
