1931 Peru Mourning Cover ties 10c Stamp cd Peru-Habana Mourning Cover with a 10c Fall of Leguia Government red Stamp on front cancelled with a Framed CORREOS ???? PERU 21 III 1931 cancel on front. Cancel is unclear. Cover also has a hand written 16 and 17 on front, as well as a Airmail Half Time Transit cachet across stamp. Cover sent to Habana, Cuba, with a receiving cancel on back dated to APR 7 1931. Cover has been opened at back. Cover has had back flap removed, some mild tear damage to bottom right corner, some minor scuffing on edges and corners, and some minor age wear on back.
