1935 United States Antarctic Expdtn Cover 3c stamp cd Little America-Chicago Cover with a 3c Blue Byrd Antarctic Expedition stamp on front cancelled with a Framed LITTLE AMERICA JAN 30 1935 ANTARCTICA cancel on front, as well as a 6 Bar roller cancel across stamp. Cover also has a BYRD ANTARCTIC EXPEDITION II cachet on front, and a picture of Admiral Richard E. Byrd on front, as well as a Little America Mail Received cachet on back, and an A CENTURY OF PROGRESS cachet on front. Cover sent to Chicago, Ill, USA, with a San Francisco transit cancel on back dated to MAR 25 1935. Cover has been opened at back flap. Cover has some creasing on corners and edges, mainly on left side, some mild marking on back, and some general wear to both sides.
